The spectator is given a deck of cards. The magician turns his back to him and tells him to cut the deck to any card he wants and peek at it. After spectator peeks at card, magician tells him the card he peeked at without asking any questions or touching the deck. It's as if he saw it while his back was turned. Uses no svengali, no assistance, no mirrors. Deck can be examined before and after!
Back is turned to spectator immediately after handing him

BEST TRICK OF 2006! Another great one from kevin parker,no spaecial decks or gimmicks.I did the trick five times in a row never touching the deck after I handed it to the first person. Not an improumpto effect but pretty close! Can be preformed anywhere completly surronded start clean and end clean,any type of deck can be used.I did this trick with four different decks at the same time for my family and blew them away it resets on its own.they sad it was there new favorite trick! I give this trick a 10/10 I highly recommend this to everyone who is on the fence about this one.It takes about 2 min to learn no sleights to learn or funky wierd unnatural moves. One of my friends who is always asking me to do a trick and is one of the most skeptical of my "followers" said it was the coolest thing he has seen me do. I think the reason for this is he just couldn't find a logical explanation to how it worked. With all my other card tricks he knew there were certain sleights or misdirection that made it work, but when I showed him this I had my back turned and he didn't even pick out a card all he did was peek at the corner of it and somehow, I knew it.
