'Heartless is a trick that I started working on as soon as Ben Williams showed me. I knew the effect would be strong for a lay audience - and it is! Of all the tricks to pass my desk over the past few months, this is the one I have been using the most.

I spent time with Ben in the UK, and he's a clever magical thinker with many good ideas. This was my favourite of his effects in Repertoire VOL 1, and I use a version of it regularly in my professional work. I think very highly of this plot and am indebted to Mr Williams for sharing it.'
