Why do I need another DVD on card moves?
This is a question you might well ask but let me tell you exactly why. Over the past 10 years it has become apparent to me that there is no single video or DVD which covers all the basics of card magic in one place - That's about to change!
You know how annoying it is when you buy a trick or read a magazine and it asks you to control a card, force a card, get a break, do a false cut etc by your favourite method.' For the first time on DVD we give you all those methods.
What is included?
Sydney based, sleight of hand card master Garabed shows you step by step how to shuffle the deck, cut the deck, force a card, control a card, do false cuts, get breaks over or under single or multiple cards, perform counts such as Elmsley and Flushtration, fan with one or two hands, perform simple flourishes, simple sleights such as the glide, double lift, buckle and spread and more besides. Over 30 moves and techniques in over 100 minutes!
How Good Is It?
It's excellent......but then I would say that wouldn't I. Here's why....the moves are shot on broadcast quality equipment. Each move (over 30 of them) is filmed in wide shot with clear description and explanation, the tight shot shows the action clearly from the front and then a slow motion Super Close-Up shows the action from your view with careful attention to finger placement, pressure, movement etc.
Why is it so cheap?
The DVD has been mass produced on quality replication equipment - not burnt in the store, this makes it more cost effective. The most important reason however is that we want to make it accessible for all beginners from youngsters to adults. Card School is the perfect introduction to the world of Card Magic.
