The PK PRO Edition of PRESSURE includes an additional special device that allows even more amazing effects to be performed!
EXCLUSIVE TO THE MERCHANT OF MAGIC
PRESSURE was developed from the original idea by Robert Fenech. With Routines and techniques devised by Dominic Reyes and Ben Williams.

VISUAL fusion between two everyday objects taken to the next level!
You show two coins. A 50p coin and a 1p coin. Just by pressing them at your fingertips, they become totally FUSED together. The 1p coin REALLY is shown to be embedded in the 50p coin!
The two coins never leave the spectators sight as slowly and in almost 'test conditions' they are pressed together.

HERE ARE JUST A FEW OF THE EFFECTS POSSIBLE:
PLACE THE TWO COINS ON THE TABLE AND SLAM YOUR HAND DOWN ONTO THEM TO MAKE THEM JOIN!
HOLD THE 50p COIN AT YOUR FINGERTIPS AND THROW THE PENNY AT IT. AS THE PENNY HITS THE 50p COIN THEY FUSE!
SHAKE BOTH COINS IN YOUR CUPPED HANDS AND THEY BECOME ONE!
With Pressure, magicians finally have a practical clean and angle free method of creating an impossible magicial object right at the fingertips!

IS PRESSURE EASY TO DO? YES! Its perfect for all skill levels. The special gimmick does most of the work for you. Included in the detailed photo illustrated instructions are routines for the PRESSURE COIN that are self working as well as more advanced techniques for the seasoned coin worker.
CAN I USE BORROWED COINS? YES! As well as the the standards routines, PRESSURE includes techniques to allow you to borrow a 50p and a 1p off a spectator and perform the effect right before their eyes!. We recommend turning the coins back to their original state before leaving them with the spectator, unless your budget or booking fee can stand the cost of more sets.
IS THIS USEABLE FOR WORKING MAGICIANS? Yes! Here are just a few reasons why: Resets instantly. No angle problems. VERY visual No set up Can be performed surrounded. Can be performed standing and in the performers hands. Easy to perform with no difficult sleight of hand Quick magicial climaxes. Uses real currency.
DO I HAVE TO USE SLEIGHT OF HAND? NO! PRESSURE includes routines that require NO SLEIGHT OF HAND. NO PALMING
DOES PRESSURE USE RUBBER BANDS OR THREADS OR OTHER HIDDEN BITS WITHIN THE COIN? No! The spectator really can examine the two coins that really are EMBEDDED TOGETHER. The spectators can examine the coin as much as they like at the end of the routine. No hidden magnets in the coin. No folding, flipping flapping parts! It's that CLEAN!!

PRESSURE includes the special coin and a gimmick that does all the hard work for you PLUS detailed photo illustrated instructions taking you right through the whole presentation and effect. Several routines and presentation ideas are fully explained, however we are sure that you will also soon develop your own amazing routines for PRESSURE.
Use the M5 System to take PRESSURE to whole new levels! (Also available at The Merchant of Magic)

"I got PRESSURE a couple of days ago and have been working on it for hours (the moves are simple but the presentation for me is the thing). This effect works very well, 'does exactly what it says on the tin' and the item is very well made - I see no reason why this would not last a lifetime.
There are NO tricky moves, just basics even if you borrow everything from the specs. The angles are great and it can even be done surrounded, although IMHO 160 degrees is better.
I've been working on parting the two coins again afterwards in case a spec says 'Wow, that's amazing, can you get them apart?' I think this could be a likely and natural response. I've nearly got these moves sorted and, although (for me) they're tougher than the first set, I think it'll be worth the practice to have them in case I'm asked.
Great effect and well worth the money." - Mike T

"Fantastic. It is pretty much as good as the description says. The simpler routines are very well described and are very easy to perform.
For someone performing close-up/restaurant magic, a magician will be better off (in my opinion) showing some of the more complicated routines provided, but will however need to practice to ensure smoothness. These are nothing more than a couple of basic sleights and (if wished) would end perfectly by combining any known coin vanish to the trick.
The spectator can truly hold the fused coin and investigation will not give the secret away.
Merchant of Magic state that this is Angle Free. I ALMOST agree. You do have to be slightly careful the fusion is not seen before you apply pressure…
The second edition contains an extra gimmick which makes the routine much easier to perform. It is not CRUCIAL I would say, yet more skill will be required to perform the illusion without it.
I have not had the chance to perform this to a paying audience, but the people that I have shown it to, have had great reactions. It is certainly one I will be keeping in my pocket.
Overall
- Instructions : 8/10Very clear. They are kept simple and concise and don’t raise any “Huh??”s when reading, which I have found on a few tricks (Like NFW...lol )
- Gimmick : 9/10 Very well made and should last a lifetime. Why not 10? I personally would have preferred the fused penny to be raised slightly out of the 50p instead of flush to it.
- Audience impact - 8/10
Value for money - 9/10. For £24.99 I would have preferred more professional looking instructions…but realistically - will I look at them again?? Possibly not.
- OVERALL 9/10.
A great illusion, great idea and a virtually foolproof method to show something that (as far as I am aware) has not been seen before. Thank-you to Dominic Reyes and Ben Williams for developing Robert Fenechs' original idea. " Dark-Side Review on www.magictalk.co.uk _______________________________________________________
'My Pressure effect came today and I have been playing with it all day. Great effect. Absolutely class in my opinion. I showed it to a few mates who were gobsmacked. Especially as I borrowed both coins and then handed them back out after I tore the coins from each other. I want to get another 3 or 4 of the effect (obviously the light version) so I can give away the fused coin as a keepsake for really important performances. 9/10 for me.' - Terydinho
