Does this use a TT?

Nope, Cream gets ride of the need for a TT completely. Many magicians still use the old TT method for the bill switch. Nothing wrong with that, until you try it with the device you will get in CREAM. The switch is so much smoother, and easier to do, meaning it's great for complete beginners, but also seasoned pro's that want to make life easier, so they can focus on presentation.

Is this good for real world conditions?
