You start by warning the spectator about the danger of smoking, and claim that you have come up with a solution.
Now you show a cigarette, and pull out a little round container, which is the perfect size for fitting the cigarette into. The cigarette is slid into the tube, and the top is added. Now you shake the tube a little, and then you (or the spectator) removes the top, and tips out the cigarette, the cigarette has SHRUNK into a tiny, tiny cigarette... which is of course a perfect way to stop smoking !
